Treatment of the month: Mother GAIA

Part of our pre and post-natal treatment range, our gentle, restorative, and deeply relaxing Mother GAIA treatment supports women through pregnancy and beyond. Begin with a soothing back exfoliation, followed by a massage designed to release tension and muscular aches, leaving you calm, supported, and restored. The 60-minute treatment includes a full-body massage and bump massage or extend to the 90-minute treatment, including bump mask, face massage and scalp massage.

Product of the month: Mother GAIA Tummy Balm

The Mother GAIA Tummy Balm is a luxurious body butter crafted to nourish both mother and baby. Blended with rosehip oil, it supports skin regeneration, helps heal scar tissue, and keeps skin supple throughout pregnancy and beyond.

To use, warm a small amount of balm between your hands and massage gently into the skin in circular movements. Use daily, or whenever your skin feels tight, to maintain hydration and comfort.
