For those struggling to sleep, let the healing hands of our therapists guide you on a peaceful journey with a 60-minute GAIA MenoPAUSE treatment. It begins with a serene back, neck, and shoulder massage to relieve stress, ease tension and regulate the nervous system, encouraging deeper rest and relaxation.

The treatment is followed by a rejuvenating Jade Facial. Cooling Jade wands soothe the skin as well as aid lymph and blood flow to reduce puffiness and plump wrinkles, perfect for those experiencing skin sensitivity, hot flushes or hormonal changes.

The 90-minute GAIA MenoPAUSE treatment also includes a balancing foot massage to stimulate nerve endings and uplift mood.

Treat yourself to a full day of serenity with our GAIA MenoPAUSE Spa Day. Throughout your day, spend time within nature with full use of our Gaia Spa facilities. Let your mind and body unwind and find moments for you in our spa spaces created to heal and restore. Your day includes a nourishing two-course spa lunch in our Spatisserie and to aid restful sleep at home, you will also receive a GAIA gift – choose between the GAIA Sleep Body Butter or GAIA Sleep Spray, both worth £22.
